By browsing biobeautylanka.lk or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order with us.

Products and descriptions

Our products are Ayurvedic cosmetic and wellness preparations made in small batches. Colour, scent and texture vary slightly between batches because the botanicals are seasonal. This is normal and not a fault.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under medical care, speak to your doctor before use.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay.

We may decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method. If we cancel a paid order we refund it in full.

Promotions and discounts

Promotional codes and seasonal offers such as the 1111 Deal apply only for the period stated, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so, and have no cash value.

Our content

The Bio Beauty Lanka name, logo, product names, photography and written content on this site belong to us. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

Liability

We take care to describe our products accurately and to deliver them in good condition. To the extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Colombo.
